How We Got Here

The Second American Civil War started twenty-five years ago. Millions died. Millions were displaced. And, millions still, were wounded, broken, and left to survive in a world they didn't want. The war has ended and the peace has begun…

However, when you’ve fought a war to end all wars, how can you give up your guns? How can you allow peace to begin? How can you allow your enemies to remake tomorrow alongside you when nothing was ever fully resolved?  

The war's over.

Now you just need to survive the peace.

This rules-light roleplaying game is powered by the Rapture Roleplay System—designed, developed, and written by G. Michael Rapp (Free Radicals Press) and Tyler McAlister (Softcore Anarchy). While based on Rapture, this is packaged as a complete and standalone roleplaying game, supporting multiplayer, co-op, and solo roleplaying modes.

To begin playing Silent Spring, players simply need to have some paper, pens/pencils, this rulebook, copies of the character sheet, and some dice: six-sided (d6) dice, eight-sided (d8) dice, ten-sided (d10) dice, twelve-sided (d12) dice, and twenty-sided (d20) dice.
